Last night, the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra presented a free concert with the Wells Fargo "Evening Under The Stars." The show featured the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, The Centennial Band, Mariachi San Jose, and a bonus show courtesy of yours truly.

Thousands of people attended this free concert at Lincoln Park. Weather could not have been more accommodating.

Following the Centennial Band, the audience enjoyed a performance from Javier De Los Santos' Mariachi San Jose. I performed as part of the Mariachi group. Unfortunately, I chose not follow instructions, and failed to tie my sash properly. It was difficult to tell what it was the audience was laughing at during our performance.

Wardrobe malfunction! By the end of our performance, that thing was down around my ankles. It would be great if we could have passed this off as part of the "show," but the audience probably wouldn't have fallen for it.

Following Mariachi San Jose's performance and bonus strip show, the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra took the stage under the direction of Dr. Kirk Gustafson.
