If you're taking your work home at night, here's something you need to know. Checking your work email at home is bad for your health and could kill you.

According to Daily Mail, people who work after hours are more likely to suffer from things like hearing problems, insomnia, and headaches.

The German study of some 57,000 people also found that people who work at home tend to experience anxiety, fatigue, and stomach issues.

The problem for these people, and hopefully this isn't YOU, is that the body and mind never have a chance to fully recuperate, and the stress just keeps building up until the body can't handle it anymore.

So, the next time you are tempted to check your email work at home, don't do it. For your health's sake, just turn away from the computer and walk away slowly. It will still be there tomorrow. Besides, it's unlikely you could do anything about it any way at that point. Keep work at work!
