Colorado is such a beautiful place, it's hard to choose where to take your family when they come to visit. These are the best places in Colorado to visit with your family, according to Grand Junction.

My dad is coming to visit me this week and there are so many places to show him in Colorado, I started getting overwhelmed. That's when I turned to you for some help on our Facebook.

These are the best places in Colorado to visit with your family, according to you.

Grand Mesa

This is the very first place I thought of when my dad told me he's coming to visit. I can't wait to show him the golden aspens and go fly fishing with Tyler Morris from Western Anglers.

Garden of the Gods

I haven't been here before but I want to. It'd be fun to see Garden of the Gods for the first time with my family.

Gateway

Gateway looks gorgeous and I know my dad would love the Gateway Auto Museum. There are so many classic cars there, some of them are over a century old.

Black Canyon

Parts of this crazy canyon only gets 33 minutes of sunlight per day. I've never seen anything like the Black Canyon before and it's only about an hour and a half away. (Please note that yes, weed is legal in Colorado, but smoking it on the Grand Mesa is illegal.)

Hanging Lake

I just hiked Hanging Lake this past weekend I already want to go back. Hanging Lake in Glenwood Springs is close to Grand Junction and the views are magical.

Thank you for all of your suggestions, looks like my dad and I have a lot to see while he's here in Colorado.
