Strange Things Afoot at the Grand Junction Bus Station

Two adults were arrested at the Grand Junction bus station yesterday when a K-9 unit detected a kilo of cocaine and eight ounces of heroin in luggage heading to Chicago.

Kerstin Nguyen, 22, and Eric Johnson, 33, both from Michigan, have been arrested and booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility. They have been charge with three felony counts related to distribution amounts of cocaine and heroin.

Nguyen has been charged with first degree introduction of contraband into the jail after a search revealed heroin in her bra.
