When I say Buddah is a fat cat I mean that literally. Weighing in at over 30 pounds, he's probably the biggest I've seen. Thanks to some helpful human friends, he's now got his own biggest loser diet and workout routine to shed some weight and his title.

His first time on the water treadmill he managed all of two minutes before giving up. At last report, he's up to 21 minutes, (in seven minute sessions), and still working at losing more weight and gaining more strength.

Why workout on a water treadmill? According to his trainers, the water treadmill is easier on his joints and also provides needed resistance training.
