Good Foods Concepts, LLC. in Colorado Springs is recalling specific lot code of Callicrate brand beef due to possible E. coli contamination.
The company is recalling the following products which are labeled 'CALLICRATE BEEF, Celebrate goodness, Celebrate life' and containing lot code 170731CC.
The recalled beef was processed on August 3 and August 4 and may contain E. coli O26 according to the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
They say this is a Class I Recall because there is a high health hazard for illness and possibly death for people who consume Callicrate beef with this lot number.

Only beef products with the lot code 170731CC are being recalled at this time.
The beef is sold to consumers from the Ranch Foods Direct retail store in Colorado Springs, restaurants, and wholesalers. The company also has an online store that ships packaged raw beef to individuals across the US.
