2014 Haunted Houses Open in Grand Junction

Let the hauntings begin.

With Halloween being exactly three weeks away, anticipation is definitely growing for the annual ritual of touring a haunted house.

However, due to stricter fire codes, there’s not as many haunted houses to choose from this year.

Not to worry though – there’s still two haunted houses that are opening up this year – the Hallow Screams Haunted House (which opens Friday, October 17) and the Express All Stars’ Trail of Terror (which opens this Saturday, October 11^TH).

Hallow Screams Haunted House

Hallow Screams Haunted House is located in the old Partyland location in the Red Cliff Pointe shopping center, 28 Road and North Avenue in Grand Junction. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for students with I.D., and $8 for children. Proceeds from this event will benefit Base Camp 40.

Express Allstars Trail of Terror
South 12th Street and Winters Avenue in Grand Junction

The Express All Stars will host their annual Trail of Terror at the corner of South 12thStreet and Winters Avenue in Grand Junction. If you need directions, just head south on 9th Street, turn left on D Road, then right on 12th Street. The haunted house is on the southwest corner of South 12th Street and Winters Avenue. Admission is $12, and proceeds go towards the Express All Stars.
