Many people help out their elderly neighbors by shoveling snow. This geriatric turns that on it's head by shoveling snow for his neighbor.

Richard Mann, who's 101 years old, enjoys helping out his neighbors and says his work ethic was instilled in him when he was a little boy.

Mann says his father died when he was very young putting him, as the only boy in the family, in charge of taking care of things around the house, including shoveling snow in the winter.

Even at 101, Mann still takes care of many chores around his house and as seen in the video, his neighbor's, too. Mann does it out of kindness, not expecting anything in return.

Mann, who's twice widowed, says the secret to his long fulfilling life is staying active, clean living and wine, women and money. Add to that his great sense of humor.
