Once school starts, summer is mostly over for many of us, but there's still a little summer left so let's find some place to chill.

Get one last long relaxing soak in. Truly one of the best places to go on the Western Slope. 750,000 gallons of sulfur free soaking. 1220 Main Street in Ouray is the address for ultimate relaxation.

Cool in the pool. Great slide, great pool, great park, great time. The Lincoln Park Moyer pool (12th and North) and the Orchard Mesa Pool (2736 Unaweep) are great places to take the entire family to stay cool.

Seriously, pick any area in elevation and you are suddenly a whole lot cooler. Many ski areas, like Vail, have summer activities designed to keep you cool and increase your fun like golf, cornhole and adult summer leagues in a variety of sports. Go east on I-70 and go have fun.

Literally the coolest place in town. And if you can't ice skate, don't worry, I can't either and that's all part of the fun. And I hear on Labor Day, you can skate for free! Located at 2515 Riverside Parkway, it's easy to get to and tough to leave!

Your favorite watering hole

No matter where it is, sitting at the bar, nice cool air inside, nice cold drink in your hand is one of the best ways to relax. Maybe you like to watch sports with your child. Boston's The Gourmet Pizza (2404 Patterson Rd) is one of the places you can really enjoy your favorite sports while drinking your favorite beverage and hanging out with your favorite people. And food. Oh yeah, the food.

There are my favorite chill spots for the end of the summer, share yours.
