Thornton Police Clock Driver on I-25 Going 73 MPH Over Speed Limit

Law enforcement agencies have been sharing photos on social media of excessive speeders, for example, the driver busted by Arvada Police for doing 122 on I-70.

Thornton Police Department is now joining in on Facebook, posting about a driver that got clocked going 128 miles per hour on southbound I-25, in a 55 mile per hour zone. That would be 73 miles per hour over the speed limit.

'Let us just say, he is in a heap of trouble,' Thornton Police Department said. 'Please slow down people!' ...Which may be an understatement.
