Over the last 30 years, Dennis Rosenlof of Salt Lake City has eaten an average of 10 Big Macs a week which adds up to over 12,000 burgers during his lifetime.

Rosenlof says his love of the famous burger hasn't affected his weight or his health. Part of the reason is a Big Mac is is his first meal of the day. I'd guess you'd call it brunch, but he typically has his big Mac around 10:30 a.m. everyday except Sunday which he admits his wife serves up a delicious home-cooked meals.

As for his health, the 64-yer-old Rosenlof says his cholesterol is normal. His body mass index is also average so he's neither over nor underweight.

Still, you'd think it would get pretty boring eating the same thing almost every day for 30 years.
