Three individuals are wanted in Montrose for failure to comply or failure to appear on multiple charges. The Montrose County Sheriff's Office is hoping the public can help them locate these three men.

MONTROSE MOST WANTED: Domestic Violence, Assault, Strangulation

First up this week is 45-year-old Paul Brydon Haining. Haining is wanted on charges of domestic violence, second-degree assault-strangulation, and obstruction of phone service.

MONTROSE MOST WANTED: Failure To Register As A Sex Offender

Next up is 47-year-old John Elliot Pate. He's wanted for failure to comply - failure to register as a sex offender, and failure to verify location as a sex offender.

MONTROSE MOST WANTED: Felony DUI, No Insurance, Open Container

Finally, we have 44-year-old Hermenegildo Berable-Medina. He's wanted for failing to appear on charges of Felony DUI (3 Priors) driving under revocation, no insurance and open container in a vehicle.
