In honor of National Jerky Day, a group of artists were commissioned to create a grand scale model of one of America's most recognizable national memorials. Titled 'Meat Rushmore,' the sculpture is a jerky lover's ultimate snack.

To build the sculpture, the artists used over 1,600 pounds of beef, turkey and pork jerky and spent about 1,400 man-hours on the project.

We know how long it took to make 'Meat Rushmore', but the real question is, how long will it take to eat it?
