Highlights From Downtown Grand Junction Tree Lighting
Here are some highlights from this year's downtown Grand Junction tree lighting.
The downtown tree lighting is an annual tradition in downtown Grand Junction, featuring some fun entertainment, the arrival of Santa, the lighting of the tree, and then pictures and visits with Santa.
This year, the weather was a bit on the unpleasant side with wind and rain, but still lots of people came out for the event.
Among the highlights in the video is Santa climbing up the firetruck ladder to get on the Wells Fargo roof, and the Grand Junction Firefighters handing out treats to the kids. Shannon Castaneda entertained the crowd with some great Christmas music.
