This cool trick lets you scramble an egg in the shell so when you break it open it's ready for scrambled eggs. Better yet, use this trick and boil the eggs for a real surprise.
With Easter a few weeks away, this would be an awesome way to create some really unique eggs for the holiday.
This trick has a tendency to make the egg shells weaker, so don't be surprised if you break a few trying to do this. Also, if you plan on boiling the eggs, they say it's best to put the eggs in water, bring the water to a gentle boil, then shut off the heat and let the eggs finish cooking in the hot water rather than boiling.
