Black Friday Hours For Grand Junction Stores

Get ready to do your Black Friday shopping in Grand Junction, take a look at all the area's store hours.
Here's a piece of trivia for you – state laws in Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island prohibit retailers from opening their stores on Thanksgiving. So, if you are in those three states during Thanksgiving weekend, your Black Friday shopping spree won't start until after midnight Thanksgiving night/Black Friday morning.

For the remaining 47 states, Black Friday shopping will start as early as 6:00 p.m. Thanksgiving -- unless you're at Kmart, where the chain's stores nationwide will open at 6:00 a.m. Thanksgiving.

According to a report by Adobe Systems (which provides digital marketing tools), this year provides six (6) fewer shopping days between Thanksgiving and Christmas. As a result, the 2013 Christmas shopping season is considered the shortest in more than a decade.
