What Does Grand Junction Need to Be a Better Place to Live? [POLL]

Grand Junction is a great place to live, but it's possible it could be even better.  If it was up to you, what would be the one thing that would make Grand Junction an even better place to live?

There is not a place or a town in the entire state of Colorado where I would rather live than in Grand Junction. For one thing, the landscape surrounding the city is unparalleled in it's beauty and uniqueness.

Grand Junction sits close to countless opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, fishing, skiing, golfing, and hunting. We have a great university providing athletic events, concerts, and theatrical presentations.

The town itself offers a varied collection of shopping opportunities and restaurants, and the numerous well-kept parks provide plenty of room for family get togethers, events, and youth activities.

So, what's missing? As good as it is, what is the one thing that would make it better? More bike trails? More restaurants? (like Fazoli's!) How about a large concert venue, or a water park?
