Chevy Truck Stolen from Colorado Mesa University Parking Lot

A truck was stolen from a parking lot on the Colorado Mesa University campus and police are asking for help locating the stolen vehicle and the people who took it.

The truck, a white 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500, was parked in a lot in the 1800 block of North 12th Street. The truck was stolen sometime between 8:30 p.m. Saturday Febrary 3 and 8:30 a.m. Sunday February 4.

In addition to the make and model, Crime Stoppers of Mesa County reports the truck has a chrome and brown grill and a Utah liscence plate numbered 176WXU. Estimated value of the truck is approximately $7,000.
