HOME BUYING TIP: BUYING HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE

One of the qualifications to purchase a home is that you have to get homeowners insurance. Make sure to look around when you are getting ready to buy your insurance. Compare different companies and go with the one that is going to give you the coverage you need. Someone from the company will go out and look at your house before approving your insurance, so make sure you do this soon after getting under contract. If you find out the house isn't insurable or costs too much, you might have wasted time.
