Television Icon Ed Asner Brings One-Man Show to Grand Junction

Actor Ed Asner is coming to Grand Junction.

Best known for his television portrayal of  Lou Grant on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Lou Grant", Ed Asner is bringing his one-man show " A Man and His Prostate"  to the Avalon Theatre stage on February 14.

The 88-year-old seven-time Emmy Award winner stars in the comedy stage play written by Emmy winner Ed Weinberger. It's a humorous look at a serious medical subject.

The New York Times says "this isn't just a play, but a public service in comedy format and damn funny."
