It's not exactly one of those things you look forward to, but it has to be done. My house is in desperate need of having the carpets cleaned. Who in Grand Junction does the best job?

Let me say up front I'm very much aware this isn't necessarily the best time of year to do this. Unfortunately, I'm a little short on time and options. It has to be now.

You're probably saying, "Waylon, hiring a carpet cleaner isn't a life and death decision. Why are you making a big deal out of this?" Good Question. Here's my answer. I hired a carpet cleaner a few years ago, and the results were, shall we say, anything but amazing. As a matter of fact, if it hadn't cost a fortune, I would have said the results were amusing. The outfit I hired wasn't exactly the best in the industry.

Do you see that photo at the top? When the carpet cleaner guy shows up at my house, I want him to have a cleaning machine that looks like that. Whatever that thing is, it clearly means business.

Here's my situation: my house only has two rooms with carpet. Both carpets are lovingly adorned with, oh, let's call them "pet stains." One of my dogs weighs in at a whopping 12 pounds. He's small, but his bladder is mighty. Let me tell you, Homeboy can take a squirt.

In addition to these gifts on the carpet, there are a few stains around the skirt of the sofa. At this point, you're probably saying, "Thanks, Waylon. I'm really glad you're telling us this stuff."

I'm in a jam. Two rooms need carpets cleaned. One couch needs attention. Like anyone else, my budget has its limits. More than anything, the job needs to be done properly. Who can I turn to? Help a guy out, and let me know who does the best job in the valley.
