Paul McCartney Stars In A Comic Book

Just about the time you think Paul McCartney has done it all, he gets involved with something new. This time, Paul is appearing as a comic book character.Not that appearing in a comic is a huge leap considering Paul has already been animated in 'Yellow Submarine' and cast as a character in a Saturday morning cartoon.

The comic book titled, 'Paul McCartney: Carry That Weight' is a brief biography centered around the time Paul made the decision to leave The Beatles in comic book form.

According to the publisher, Bluewater Productions, the story is about Paul making "the final decision to quit the most beloved band of all time, and imagines the thoughts and feelings behind it. The comic is inspired by the famously frank press release that came with his debut solo album and confirmed the end of The Beatles, and the end of [McCartney's] partnership with John Lennon."

The comic is available digitally for most devices including Kindle, Nook, iTunes and Google play and from Comic Flea Market.

Bluewater has already published comic books and graphic novels on the Beatles and John Lennon.
