One of my favorite  movies of all-time is Back To the Future. It's definitely top five. This is a true classic! Parts II and III not so much, but when the Back To the Future Trilogy recently appeared on a movie channel schedule, I took advantage of the opportunity to DVR the three movies with plans to watch them at my convenience. Unfortunately, my spousal unit is not a big fan of the series - not even slightly, and I figured I would be watching these by myself. Sadness.Imagine my surprise when she offers to watch the first Back to the Future movie with me. Let me say, it was great surprise. But, that was nothing compared to the surprise I received a couple of days later when she offered to watch Part II with me.  "Am I dreaming?" I thought. "Have I died and gone to heaven?" No, this was indeed real - a real Back To the Future miracle.  I jumped at the opportunity. I should interject here that she acknowledged her willingness to watch the movie with me was based upon my willingness to watch some of her favorite movies over and over again- like Jurassic Park and Legally Blonde. Apparently it is true - you reap what you sow.

Now back to the story. Unfortunately, about five minutes into the movie I realized there had been some sort of recording malfunction, and we had lost a significant portion of the initial plot line. It was pointless to continue watching at that point, and so now I am left waiting for another opportunity to DVR Part II, and hope that my wife will again offer to watch it with me. Is a second Back to the Future miracle too much to hope for? Only time will tell.

In the meantime, for my fellow BTTF fans, I thought this would be a good time to share some deleted scenes from Back to the Future that didn't make the final cut.
