In an update from Jeramy Dietz, Incident Commander, crews are continuing to hold and patrol containment lines in all divisions. 209 personnel are on the fire and a hose line has been plumbed to protect surrounding historical structures. While they've put a pause on them, if conditions improve, crews will resume firing operations to clear any fuel in the wildfire's path.

A forest closure is still in effect in the area of the fire, including the Seedhouse recreation corridor and Seedhouse Road. A portion of the Mt. Zirkel Wilderness is closed, and other roads and trails remain closed to entry for the safety of emergency crews.
