Montrose Sheriff’s Office Needs Your Help Finding These Burglars
Hearing about crime in our area drives me nuts, but the Montrose County Sheriff's Office posted online yesterday asking for the public to help and identify two burglars who broke into a pawn shop in Montrose and stole a firearm.
Both the Montrose Regional Crime Stoppers and Montrose Police Department are working the case and are asking any individuals that know anything about the case to step forward.
The two burglars broke into Wildcat Pawn in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 15th, 2020. The Montrose Police Department is hoping someone can identify the suspects due to the clothing they are wearing seeing as they don't have a great view of the suspect's faces on video camera.
If you have any information even the smallest detail as to what happened you're being asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 970-249-8500 or you can submit a tip just by clicking here. Law enforcement wants the information, they don't care about your identity. If the tip you send in results in the arrest of the suspects you could receive a cash reward.
Because the photos aren't the best quality the Montrose County Sheriff's Office also uploaded the following videos into the comment section of their post from yesterday. Please take a moment to watch the video and see if you can help identify these two criminals.
Anyone who thinks that it is okay to break into a business in our area and steal needs to deal with the punishment for their actions.
