Hysterical Prank Makes Patients Believe Weird Objects Found in Their Colon

This hysterical prank by Jack Vale made patients who went in for a routine Colonoscopy believe the doctor found and removed weird objects from their colons during the exam.

This prank was really easy to pull off because of the lingering effects from sedatives used during the exam, you may be more susceptible to things that, under normal circumstances, you'd question immediately. And yes, I speak from personal experience.

Jack redeems himself at the end of the video by revealing he teamed up with the Colon Cancer Alliance to tell people in a humorous way how important this exam is. I couldn't agree more. If you're 50 or older (or younger if you have a family history of colon cancer) what are you waiting for?

If you want an excellent reason to get the exam, here's something my gastroenterologist told me. One of his patients waited until he was about 55-years-old for his first exam. He was diagnosed with colon cancer. Had this patient gotten the exam when he was 50, he likely could have been treated either before the cancer started or early enough to be easily treated.
