A mobile vaccine clinic is making its way to the Grand Valley next week. The mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic will stop in Grand Junction, Palisade, and Fruita.
According to KJCT, a new-state run mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic is making its way to Mesa County next week. Governor Jared Polis hopes to reach people who haven't been able to get vaccinated and those who been hesitant about getting vaccinated.
According to KJCT, the mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic can handle up to six people at one time and can administer 500 vaccines per day. No appointments are required and here's when and where you can find the mobile vaccine clinic in the Grand Valley.
May 5 + May 26
The mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic will stop by Lincoln Park in Grand Junction on Wednesday, May 5th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The mobile vaccine clinic will return in three weeks for second doses on May 26.
May 7 + May 28
The mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be in Palisade on Friday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Veteran's Memorial Park. The mobile vaccine clinic will then return on May 28 to administer the second dose of the vaccine.
May 8 + May 29
The last stop the mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic will make in the Grand Valley is at the Fruita Civic Center Park on May 8. The mobile vaccine clinic will be there from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 8 and when it returns on May 29.
Although no appointment is required you can reserve a time slot here. According to KJCT, the mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic will administer the Pfizer vaccine at all locations.
