Gilligan’s Island Returns To Grand Junction Television

Gilligan's Island has never been off TV since ending it's three-year run on CBS in 1967. It's always on somewhere, sometime, but has not been on Grand Junction television for quite some time. Now, thanks to MeTV, the seven stranded castaways are making daily appearances  in my living room.

MeTV is airing Gilligan's Island weekday evenings at 7:00 and 7:30, and Sunday mornings at 10:00 and 10:30. You'll find Me-TV over the air on channel 11.2, via KKCO, and also on Bresnan channel 109 and Optimum channel 947. Yes, I am DVRing every episode. Never mind that I have the complete second season on DVD.

To say that I'm excited about the return of Gilligan's Island would be an understatement. In fact, I haven't been this excited since the announcement that Twinkies would resume production.
