Friday, 5:30PM-8:30PMYou want to ease into the long holiday weekend. You don't want to cook, but you really don't feel like going "out." Food Truck Friday is the answer at Lincoln Park. There will be a variety of food trucks on location, plus music and a beer garden. Bring your lawn chairs and/or a blanket.

Friday, Saturday, SundayDinosaur Journey in Fruita is the site of this Smithsonian traveling exhibit. It's a 48-foot long replica of the world's largest snake that slithered over the earth some 60 million years ago. Admission is $9 for adults and $5 for kids.
