If you missed the 4th of July fireworks in Grand Junction, here's a bit of good news. You can see fireworks tonight on the opening night of the Mesa County Fair.

The fireworks display, presented by Impact Promotional Products, is the highlight of day one of the fair. You can see the fireworks with  your $6 admission to the fair.

Some of the other cool stuff to see this week includes the Wolves of the World, touted as the only traveling wolf pack in the world, plus carnival rides, and  nearly constant musical and family entertainment.

One of the really cool things at the fair is seeing the 4-H animals. You will see goats, lamas, pigs, cows, rabbits, sheep, cats and other animals as well.
