Crawl Down Main Street Benefits United Way of Mesa County

A crawl down Grand Junction's Main Street will benefit United Way of Mesa County.

United Way of Mesa County is launching its annual fund-raising campaign with a lofty goal of $1 million.The Young Professionals Network 3rd annual Pub Crawl will help get the campaign underway on August 20.

For $20, crawlers will get their first drink at each of five locations, drink specials at participating venues, and a chance to win prizes.

The Pub Crawl goes from 1PM-6PM  Saturday beginning at the Blue Moon Bar & Grill, and ending at Charlie Dwellington's. This event has raised hundreds of dollars for United Way the last couple of years.

Now, although this event is put on by the Young Professionals Network, they emphasize you don't have to be young, and you don't have to be a professional in order to participate. Pre-registration on-line is suggested.
