Colorado’s Five Best New Years Eve Parties
We have an answer for the age old question: "What do I do on New Years Eve"? We found five parties across the state that are cool, fun and are going to bring in 2018 like a boss.
White Rose Gala-Denver
Take a trip back in time to the 1920's with this Great Gatsby inspired party. Dressing up is not optional, you HAVE to dress up for this one, but who wouldn't want to? This charity event regularly sells out, so you better hurry.
Downtown Countdown-Grand Junction
Featuring Fuel, a band that has sold over 4 million records across the globe, bring their high energy rock to Grand Junction to bring in the New Year. Add in the Dead Cowboys and 95Rock as your host and you have a party waiting on one thing. You.
Torchlight Parade-Powderhorn Resort
A tradition that is just too cool. You really have to see this to take it all in. Skiers with, well, torches, making their way down the hill at midnight. If you haven't done this, and you can ski, (THAT'S important) then you need to check it out.
A New Year's Eve Celebration-Grand Junction
Presented by the High Desert Opera and held at CMU's Robinson Theater, it's a wonderful way to ring in the new year. Featuring music from Broadway, it promises to be a fun and entertaining evening.
New Year's Eve at the Doubletree-Grand Junction
Get a room! No, seriously. Get a room and enjoy this fun and entertaining way to greet 2018 by celebrating with The Eagle's tribute band the Boys of Summer. And no better place to have fun like this than the Doubletree Hotel in Grand Junction. Hosted by KOOL 107.9, this promises to be the highlight of the year for everyone who goes.
That's my list. Show me yours!
