Colorado Man Dies While Driving His Pregnant Wife to the Hospital

A Colorado man has died while driving his pregnant wife to the hospital.

According to FoxNews.com, Tony Schmucker was believed to have suffered some sort of medical emergency causing his SUV to go off the road near Fort Collins. Authorities don't believe he died as a result of the accident.

His wife, Jill, was knocked unconscious and broke her back, but gave birth to a baby boy via C-section at the hospital and is expected to recover.

The couple's two children also survived the crash. The oldest son reportedly called 911 following the accident.

A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help the family.
