Best Farmer's Markets in and near Grand Junction

Here we are! May is almost over, and June is coming up quickly! That means it's time for the farmer's market season to begin. Starting next month several vendors in and around Grand Junction will be setting up farmer's markets with activities, a variety of fresh homegrown produce, local entertainment, and quality family fun!

These five farmer's market locations on the western slope will have you ready for an awesome time this summer. Enjoy historic downtown locations and all of the local specialties in Grand Junction, Palisade, Fruita, Delta and Montrose.

Grand Junction Farmer's Market

Starting June 19 through September 25, enjoy some homegrown produce, local music, local artists, and family filled fun in downtown Grand Junction for the farmer's market every Thursday from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Palisade Farmer's Market
3rd and main, Palisade, CO

Beginning Sunday June 15 through September 21 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm head down to the Palisade farmer's market for some fresh fruit and produce, music and carriage tours of the local wineries!
Fruita Farmer's Market
Fruita Civic Center, 325 E. Aspen Ave. Fruita, CO
Enjoy the Fruita farmer's market starting on Saturday June 28 through September 20 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm head over to the Fruita civic center for entertainment and family friendly activities. Seating and shade will be provided.
Montrose Farmer's Market
South 1st & Uncompahgre, near Centennial Plaza, Montrose, CO
Going on now until October 27, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm this farmer's market offers a wide variety of produce from asparagus to strawberries, along with fresh flowers and hand-crafted jewelry. This market also offers the opportunity for an online order and pick up service from noon to 1:00 pm.
Delta's Main Street Market
Main Street, Delta CO
On Wednesdays starting in June until August, the Delta farmer's market will be offering produce, hand crafted items and music from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
