It's a date that many people have been talking about for months, election day in the United States in 2020. Election Day is set for Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Although many people here in Colorado have already voted as ballots have been mailed to every registered voter a few weeks before the election. So, keep an eye on your mailbox if you haven't seen your ballot arrive yet. If you don't feel like dropping your ballot in the mail you can drop it in a drop-box prior to Election Day or vote in person if you prefer.

No matter what side of the fence you're on it feels like there is going to be backlash after the election results are announced. All politicians are completely bashing each other and it's difficult to think that after results are announced that everything is going to be fine and we will all return to work and what most people call "normal" life.

After speaking with a coworker he is trying to be proactive just in case there is rioting and violence that takes place here in Colorado. Which is pretty sad if you ask me.

The fact that people even have to think about having to protect themselves and their property because others will be upset with the outcome of the election is mind-boggling.

Obviously, we can't do anything to change others, their opinions, and actions they might take after being upset about things not going their way. But let's hope that after this very heated election that people can act mature no matter who wins on Election night.
