The Grand Junction Police Department’s Valentine’s Day Wishlist
The Grand Junction Police has their hearts, and stomachs, set on a few things for Valentine's Day. Donuts and abiding the laws are all on the Grand Junction Police Department's wishlist.
I asked the Grand Junction Police Department what they would like for Valentine's Day and I was happy to see that we're both on the same page.
Doughnuts and chocolate are always welcome.
I would have no complaints if I got doughnuts, or chocolate, or chocolate donuts for Valentine's Day. But that's not the only thing on the Grand Junction Police Department's Valentine's Day wishlist. They are cops, so of course, abiding the laws are a part of their wishlist.
Don't leave your car running and unattended.
I've spoken to Grand Junction's Public Information Officer, Heidi Davidson, about leaving your car running before -- it's called 'puffing' and it is indeed, illegal. Save yourself and the Grand Junction Police Department the trouble by not puffing.
Another thing on their Valentine's Day wishlist is something similar to common sense and is something everyone can give to the Grand Junction Police Department for Valentine's. The Grand Junction Police Department would like you to:
Always lock your vehicle and keep valuables out of sight.
You can gift this to the Grand Junction Police Department not only on Valentine's Day but on every other day too. And that goes for all things on their Valentine's Day wishlist.
