The 2020 Mesa County Fair Has Been Canceled
The 2020 Mesa County Fair has been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Mesa County Fair would have been July 14-18 in Grand Junction.
The Mesa County Fair was going to take place at the 2020 Mesa County Fairground in Grand Junction July 14-8, keep word is 'was.' The Mesa County Fair has now been canceled due to COVID-19.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the 2020 Mesa County Fair has been canceled. From all of us here at the fair we wish you and your family the best as we all navigate through these difficult times in our community.
The Mesa County Fair is one of many events that have been canceled in the Grand Valley because of the coronavirus. Some other canceled events include Winefest, the Fourth of July parade, the Grand Junction Off-Road and Downtown Music Festival and more.
The Garfield County Fair 2020 has also been canceled but is doing a virtual livestock show and sale. The Mesa County County Fair is working on trying to help 4H and FFA with their livestock shows.
Mesa County is currently in Phase 2 of reopening, which means that large gatherings/events that involve more than 50 people and attract visitors from outside the local community can't happen.
