Looks like we won’t have to wait until The Crown Season 10 to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle walking down the aisle. Perhaps even before the real royals hold their wedding, Lifetime is already interested in telling Harry and Meghan’s story with their signature schmaltz.

According to Entertainment Weekly, casting is already underway for the royal redhead and soon-to-be former Suits star, who were set up by mutual friends after the latter’s divorce. As you might expect, Lifetime will look to premiere Harry & Meghan: The Royal Love Story in May of this year, likely to coincide with the actual May 19 wedding. The same was true in 2011, when Lifetime aired William & Kate: The Movie eleven days before the wedding of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton.

The event movie is described as “the romantic tale of a beloved prince and his new fiancée,” and set to follow “Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship from the day they met to the overwhelming media attention surrounding their eventual engagement.” E!’s (fictional) Royals director Menhaj Huda will helm the movie, as executive produced by Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss.

There’s no small oddity in a TV star marrying a prince, only to have TV stars playing a TV star and a prince in a movie on TV, but true love really does conquer all, right?
