It's crazy to think these laws ever made a sense, let alone imagine that they are still on the books, but here are more insanely crazy state laws you didn't know existed.

Perhaps we should call ourselves the United States of Crazy Laws, because these are truly crazy, as we learned from our friends at the Daily Mail.

Let's start with Colorado where it is illegal to ride a horse while under the influence. That is actually probably a pretty good law to have. Here's another one that sounds silly, but probably makes a lot of sense. In Alaska, you're not allowed to wake a sleeping bear to take a photo.

But, this one from Alabama sounds truly crazy. "It is illegal to wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church." And this one from Florida will tug at your funny bone. "If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle."

Here are some more crazy laws you might want to keep in mind if you plan on traveling across state lines. They will probably tell you "ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law."

INDIANA - "Mustaches are illegal if the person intends to habitually kiss other humans." (As opposed to what, kissing non-humans?)

ARIZONA - It is illegal for a donkey to sleep in a bath tub. (Of course, why would a donkey WANT to sleep in a bath tub?)

CALIFORNIA - A frog that dies during a jumping contest cannot legally be eaten.

GEORGIA - It is illegal to keep an ice cream cone in your pocket on Sundays. ( Ice cream in pockets....makes you wonder about those people..)

IOWA - One-armed piano players must perform for free. (Of course, how many one-armed piano players can there be?)

HAWAII - Coins are not allowed to be placed in one's ears. (No, use your pockets like the rest of us!)

KENTUCKY - One may not dye a duckling blue and offer it for sale unless more than six are for sale at once. (We certainly don't want to be eating blue chickens.)
