Here’s the Automobile Voted the ‘Koolest’ at Grand Junction’s Downtown Car Show

The 13th annual Downtown car Show last Saturday (September 27) showcased over 130 incredible automobiles making it difficult to pick one for the Kool 107.9 'Koolest Car Award.'

By the time we narrowed our list to just a few of the entries, it was this 1941 Chevrolet truck owned by Palisade resident Ed Reed, that made the final cut and got our vote.

The red truck not only got our attention, but many other people stopped to take a look and a lot of photos of this well preserved piece of American automobile history including the masterfully crafted and finished wood bed.
