I was surprised to see food as something Grand Junction needs more of, considering we have so many restaurants around. Answers include another Chick-Fil-A, more bakeries and more good restaurants. The ONLY restaurant I'd like to see around Grand Junction is Bojangles. (Can you say Cajun Filet Biscuit + Bo Rounds + a sweet tea? We know it sounds like heaven.)
Grand Junction has spoken and they want more nightlife for adults, not just for college kids. Grand Junction would also like to see more indoor options for families, more recreation centers, and more places for kids and teens to do. You said you also want a drive-in movie theater, which we do too.
Grand Junction thinks we need more jobs here. One answer was 'employment opportunities that pay a living wage. Tech, manufacturing, etc.'
