Active duty military and veterans get free admission in August to Colorado's state parks. If you're military, you can see all 41 state parks for free.

August means free admission for all activity duty military and veterans. According to their Facebook, Colorado Park and Wildlife says thank you to those who serve and have served our country and:

We are pleased to be offering all active-duty military and veterans free entrance to Colorado's 41 state parks in the month of August. Eligible military members may pick up their hangtag and pass beginning August 1.
