Fargo Woman Hands Out Notes Instead of Candy to Obese Children

There's a house in Fargo, North Dakota that kids trick-or-treating this Halloween will want to skip this year. The woman who lives there has decided rather than handing out candy, she's going to hand out notes blasting parents for letting their kids become obese.
