If you think eating healthier is hard, then you'll love these eight simple and easy food changes that will make you healthier.

One of the things to making this work is not to try everything all at once. Some people - I"m one of them - can't do a lettuce bun. However, there are some buns out there that are healthier, so buy those instead.

As for potatoes, if you can't give up the baked potato completely, then have half a regular and half a sweet potato. The combination of the two is quite delicious.

When it came to rice, the hardest part for me was finding a brown rice I liked. Brown and wild rice are fairly inexpensive, so go ahead and try several. If you're like me, you'll find one that you really like. When you do, not only will it be healthier, but you'll find the taste beats white rice any day.

As for the rest of the changes, give them a try. Even if you don't do a wholesale makeover of your diet with all of these, you're still better off with some than none.

Also, I agree with the video that it's not a crime to eat junk food. It's no secret I'm as guilty as anyone when it comes to unhealthy choices. The point, try to make as many healthy choices as possible.

Keeping some junk food in your diet isn't, in my opinion, bad as long as it's a small part and not the main part of your diet.
