There is more than one way to do breakfast for dinner and my bacon, sausage, and cheese quiche is a quick and easy way to make it happen.

I have to confess, I've never been much of a quiche kind of guy, but then, I had never done one myself. What I learned is that when I do quiche my way, it's quite a delicious dinner option.

People like to put various sorts of additives to their quice like onions, mushrooms, and peppers, but you'll find none of those in this recipe. (although you are more welcome to add them at your discretion.

Here's what you'll need.

*One Frozen Pie Crust
* One bag turkey sausage crumbles
*One package pre-cooked bacon
*One package of Colby or cheddar jack cheese
* Four eggs

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

I tried this the first day just as is, and it was good. The second day, I topped the quiche with a little hot salsa and thought it was excellent.

It's a yummy, easy dinner, and the finicky eaters in your house will appreciate the simplicity of meat and cheese.
