The home known as the Colorado Playboy Mansion has nothing to do with Playboy Magazine or Hugh Hefner but was designed by its original owner Richard Berry, a retired race car driver.

Berry originally bought the land back in 1998 and over the next five years, his dream home was built on the 74.51-acre property.

However, it would appear that after over 20 years of living in paradise in the Colorado mountains, the race car driver is bidding his dream home farewell.

Details About the Colorado Playboy Mansion

Given that the home's visionary and original owner Richard Berry is a very wealthy former race car driver, it should come as no surprise that the home has a massive garage, filled with expensive sports cars.

The home is located in the high country above Evergreen, Colorado, at 42503 Chris Drive, Evergreen, Colorado 80439.

You'll see via the photos below that the home is absolutely massive, but it still may surprise you to learn that the house is a whopping 50,275 square feet in area.

It boasts seven bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, multiple bars, a movie theater, a salon, and just about every luxury you can imagine.

In addition, much like the Playboy Mansion, the home has its own grotto with a pool and palm trees. The home is currently listed for a whopping $24,799,000.
