According to WalletHub Colorado was rated number eight in their 2019 best and worst states to have a baby study.

What to expect when expecting is something to think about that's for sure.

Having a baby is super duper expensive not just because of everything you need, such as formula, diapers, crib, and clothes but the medical cost in the United States cost more than the royal baby born in Britain found in a report from The Economist.

There are a lot of factors in the study for those expecting it's something to think about.

Of course, cost plays a huge role, along with health care service and the environment where to raise a child, as well as baby-family friendliness.

The cost can differ significantly depending on insurance and delivery complications that could arise.

States That Were Ahead of Colorado:

1. Vermont

2. Massachusett's

3. North Dakota

4. Rhode Island

5. Minnesota

6. New Hampshire

7. Washington

8. Colorado

Honestly, I'm kind of surprised with Colorado's "cost rank" was 49th, but we still managed to make it in the top ten ... yikes for the other states.
