Two thieves used an electric shopping cart to motor out of a Grand Junction store without paying for the merchandise they piled in it.

Crime Stoppers of Mesa County report the two suspects involved in the theft using the electric cart likely had one or more female accomplices.

The theft occurred on February 8 at approximately 10 p.m. at the Grand Junction Walmart Store, 2545 Rimrock Avenue. The total loss of merchandise is estimated to be over $475.

The two primary suspects are described as a White male and a Hispanic male both in their mid-twenties with thin builds.

The suspects were seen leaving the store in a gold Toyota Camry with license plate number 441RJD. Surveillance photos also captured female subjects who may be involved in the theft.
