The Colorado Restaurant With Life-Size Board Games
You're never too old to have fun and the Punch Bowl Social is the place where adults are kids again.
The Punch Bowl Social is a restaurant in Denver with a variety of food and drinks including wings, burgers, salads, tacos, and even waffles and chicken. But at the Punch Bowl it's really all about hanging out and having fun.
Right in the middle of the restaurant is an 8-lane bowling alley, they have virtual reality experiences, and rooms to rent for karaoke.
There is a life-size Jenga you can play as well as a huge scrabble board. Upstairs you'll find arcade games, pool, ping pong, and a large foosball table for eight players.
The Punch Bowl is open 7 days a week and it stays open until midnight during the week and until 2am on the weekends. It sounds like the later it gets the busier it is. While there's no charge for the board games, the bowling, virtual reality, and karaoke is all pay by the hour.
Maybe this scene appeals largely to a younger crowd, but I'm all about having some fun, playing some games, and maybe even doing a little karaoke. There may be a little Peter Pan in all of us, and the Punch Bowl might just be our Neverland.
