Shooting at Colorado High School Cancels Classes on Wednesday

The Sheridan School District is closed today after a juvenile was shot at Sheridan High School on Tuesday night.

Investigators say a fight started in the school parking lot during a volleyball game between Bruce Randolph School and Sheridan High. The victim, who is a juvenile, was transported to Denver General Hospital for surgery. Police say the shooter left the scene and is currently wanted. His identity has not been released because he is also a juvenile.
